1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission from IronHerd.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content on this site are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & Availability

  1. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  2. Promotional pricing, discounts, and sales are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  3. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse orders at our sole discretion — including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, automated bots, or fraudulent accounts.
  4. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

  1. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  2. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and third-party payment processors.
  3. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We currently ship within the United States. Shipping availability to other regions may be added in the future.
  2. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier volume, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation.
  3. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  4. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. IronHerd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Product Use & Safety

  1. The IronHerd Fogger System is designed exclusively for use with livestock treatments labeled for direct spray or mist application to cattle. Always follow the treatment manufacturer's label instructions.
  2. Do not use thick, corrosive, homemade, unapproved, or off-label chemical mixtures in the equipment. Doing so voids any guarantee and may cause damage, injury, or chemical exposure.
  3. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper use of the equipment, including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding pesticide and insecticide application.
  4. IronHerd provides a delivery system only. We do not manufacture, endorse, or guarantee the effectiveness of any specific chemical concentrate or treatment product.
  5. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as recommended by the treatment product's label when operating the fogger.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronHerd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products or website, including but not limited to:

  1. Livestock injury, illness, or death resulting from improper use of the equipment or use of unapproved chemical products.
  2. Property damage caused by misuse, modification, or failure to follow operating instructions.
  3. Economic losses including but not limited to lost profits, lost livestock weight, or reduced sale prices.
  4. Personal injury resulting from failure to use appropriate PPE or failure to follow treatment product label instructions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The IronHerd Fogger System is sold "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the product will meet your specific requirements or that it will be free of defects beyond what is covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and code — is the property of IronHerd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the security features of the website.
